How to order

We offer a personalised service, and we will not ask you to enter your order or your card details into a website.  This page and theTerms and Conditions  on the next page explain what you need to know to order simply and with complete confidence.

Different distributors charge slightly different prices.  To keep it simple, we have grouped record prices into the following categories (similar to that used by Gramophone)

    £       £7.99 and under per disc
    ££     £8.00 to £10.99 per disc
    £££   £11.00 and over per disc

You can place your order in 4 ways:

• FREEPOST (no stamp required if posted within the UK) to:

Ordering information

When you order, please include the following information:

• The record title
• The record label
• The catalogue number
• The number of copies of that title you require
• Your name, postal address, email, and contact telephone number.
  

When we acknowledge your order we will advise you of the exact price of the records you have ordered.  Overseas customers:  the value of your order will be calculated at the tourist rate on the date of your order.

US customers will be told the price, including postage, in US dollars.  US customers may, if they wish, pay by dollar cheque made payable to "Ruth K Burbidge".

We will add post and packing at the following rates (UK only)
       75 pence for a single CD
       £1.50 for two or more CDs

Overseas customers:  We will add airmail post and packing at cost.  Please tell us if you do not wish us to use airmail.

Payment

We accept payment by sterling cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or debit cards.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, please include the following details with your order:

• your name as it appears on the card
• the billing address for your card (if different from the address you wish your order sent to)
• card type (eg Visa, Maestro, MasterCard)
• card number
• start date and expiry date
• security number (the last three numbers  on the signature strip on the back of the card)         
  

Cheques should be made payable to "Lindum Records"

Overseas customers:  we accept payment in sterling by electronic credit transfer.  This is often the easiest and cheapest way of transferring funds to a UK Bank account.  If you wish to use this method of payment, send an email to lindumrecords@recordermail.co.uk and we will send you our bank details.

Customers paying in US dollars can send dollar cheques payable to "Ruth K Burbidge"
