We will make every effort to deal with your order as quickly as possible

However, CDs sourced from overseas can take a long time to arrive.  To avoid disappointment, please let us know when you place your order if there are time constraints.

We are happy to refund the purchase price if your CD is faulty.  However, we cannot make refunds for any other reason.

Before returning your CD, please try to play it on another device to make sure it really is faulty.
